i saw a guy put a TT audi motor in a lotus. that would be worth my money!!

Or just buy an 03 vette for 30grand, slap a twin turbo kit on it, and you're in the 12's with a stock engine boosted at 6psi...not to mention you'd have a car that can beat the lotus on the track any day!
But let's be honest, no car is better than an old rusted out turbo dodge

^ depends what kind of track. from what i have heard, the lotus elise/exige is THE BEST handling production car available right now, just not the fastest.
